Beginning April 22, 2010, individuals and firms engaged in repair, renovation and remodeling will be required to be credentialed as a Certified Renovation firm for lead-safe work practices, employ and assign a certified renovator for each project, ensure that lead safe work practices are employed and receive necessary EPA training and certification.
