It is never a pleasant surprise to find out that your kitchen was built above dirt and the floor is about to cave in. But for our client it was also a chance to fix it the right way. What was supposed to be a floor reinforcement job turned into a full floor demolition, new water lines, installation of an insulated concrete slab with radiant hydronic heating, new tile floor, exterior door and a number of other upgrades.
